Warranty – 6 Month Limited
Atelier Dre stands behind the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. Our products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for six months from delivery.
What “limited” means:
- The issue must prevent normal use of the product.
- Minor natural variations in the wood, such as knots, slight imperfections, or color differences are normal and not covered. These are part of the natural beauty of solid wood.
- Normal wear and tear is not covered, including: knife marks, impacts, odors from improper maintenance, or cosmetic scratches.
- The product must be used appropriately, not exposed to extreme conditions, and maintained following our Care & Maintenance Guide.
Returns
Standard Products:
If you are not completely satisfied, unused and undamaged items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be well packaged for return.
Return process:
Customers must submit a return request via the Contact Us form. Returns must be approved before shipment, and customers are required to provide a tracking number once the item has been sent.
- A 15% restocking fee will apply and will not be refunded.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Custom Orders:
Due to their personalized nature, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
Damaged During Shipping:
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damage to the item and the exterior of the packaging. This allows us to contact the carrier on your behalf and start the claims process. We will work with you to assess the issue and offer repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the situation.
